In-school Workshops

The goal of NEED2's in-school workshops to support youth and educators to normalize conversations around mental health and explore tools for support throughout their journey through school.

We asked students what the most valuable thing they learned in our SEA workshop

  • "Reaching out for help is normal."

  • “How to care for myself.”

  • “To talk about it.”
